On the 23th of May a Service Level Agreement was signed between VVOB and the Department of Basic Education of the South African Ministry of Education.
This formal and festive event came after a full week of visits from a.o. VVOB's Director General, Bart Dewaele, to partners of the new programme on basic education in South Africa. These include the Department of Basic Education, the South African Council for Educators, the Free State Province and the district of Lejweleputswa.
